These Terms are a general template for Draftora AI LLC. They must be reviewed and adapted to the actual company, product, governing law and commercial model before launch.
Demo service
The downloadable website provides a front-end demonstration. It does not include guaranteed AI generation, cloud storage, payments, publishing integrations or service-level commitments.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, deception, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized access or content that violates applicable rights.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated or template-produced content. Verify facts, rights, citations, claims and compliance before publication.
Accounts and billing
Account and pricing interfaces in the static edition are demonstrations. Production subscriptions require separate billing terms, cancellation rules, refund rules and usage limits.
Intellectual property
The Draftora AI brand, interface and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they provide and publish.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Draftora AI does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, factual accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
